Clients who purchase one of our hypnosis packages will receive a recorded session included that they can listen to at home. Clients who choose to pay by the session can now purchase a personalized audio session for home use. Audio sessions will be forwarded to the client via email in MP3 format.

Life coaching Sessions

Our Life coaching program supports our client's ability to achieve a variety of goals. We take the time to thoroughly discuss the changes that the client wants to experience in their life and how achieving their goal will positively impact their lifestyle. This process of self discovery is at no cost, and it takes place before the client begins their program. This helps the client to decide if life coaching is the right choice for them.

Guided Meditation

Monthly Guided Meditation Package

This membership includes a total of four 60 Minute meditation sessions each month. The client may schedule these sessions any way they choose, but they may not exceed one hour per session, or 4 hours per month. Call for details!

Guided Meditation

This guided meditation program offers a 1 hour guided meditation session that is customized to the client for maximum effectiveness. This session includes self-meditation instruction. Clients have the option of purchasing a personalized recorded session for home use.
