This membership includes a total of four 60 Minute meditation sessions each month. The client may schedule these sessions any way they choose, but they may not exceed one hour per session, or 4 hours per month. Call for details!
This guided meditation program offers a 1 hour guided meditation session that is customized to the client for maximum effectiveness. This session includes self-meditation instruction. Clients have the option of purchasing a personalized recorded session for home use.
